1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the separately published Privacy Policy. These Terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of any changes.

Age Restriction: Shot is exclusively for users aged 18 or over. By registering, the user declares to be at least 18 years old. Shot reserves the right to suspend or delete the accounts of users who provide false age information or are found to be minors.

2. Description of the Service

Shot is an exclusive membership-based social network that offers users the ability to:

• Create personalized profiles
• Upload documents for identity verification (via the Veriff.com service)
• Exchange private messages
• Share selfies
• Upload other media (photos, videos, audio)
• Use geolocation features (in approximate form) to view nearby members

The Service is accessible only to registered and approved users.

Data Collected During the Use of AI Interview: Shot includes a feature called AI Interview, which collects and records user responses to improve the system's performance and optimize AI responses. By using this feature, the user agrees that such data may be used for service improvement purposes.

3. Registration and Membership

Registration:
To access Shot, users must register and create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. This process includes submitting identification documents and a selfie for identity verification, carried out via the Veriff.com service.

Membership:
Access to the Service is reserved for approved users. Shot reserves the right to accept or deny membership requests at its sole discretion.

User Responsibility:
The user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials
• All activities performed through their account
• The truthfulness and originality of transmitted information and published content

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must promptly report it to Shot.

4. Account Termination and Suspension

Voluntary Termination:
The user may choose to delete their account at any time, as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Deletion results in the loss of access to all features of the Service.

Suspension or Termination:
Shot reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they violate these Terms or community rules, without prior notice. In such cases, the user will not be entitled to any refund for paid services subscribed to before the suspension or termination of the account.
